Lansdale Borough - Transforming Main Street

Since March 2022, over $100 million of new investment has occurred in Lansdale. Seventeen new businesses have opened with more on the way.

Many downtown anchor properties had been vacant along Main Street for periods ranging up to five years.

The Borough hired Barth Consulting Group to help create a more vibrant downtown. Borough Council, its Economic Development Committee and Discover Lansdale have worked collaboratively to ignite exciting and dynamic changes.

Re-Staging & Re-Branding Main Street

This 9,000 sq ft space has been vacant for 6 years.
